Query with Tree Pattern

TreePattern phylariane.univ-lyon1.fr/patterns allows you to design a tree pattern and using it to query the PhyloParameciumDB trees.

This interace allows you to build a tree pattern:

It is also possible to use a string to define a pattern. You can copy/paste, save or load your patterns.

Once the search is completed, click on the link to get detailed results:



The detailed results allows you to display the patterns in the different trees. You can sort the results according to the number of patterns or search the results for a peculiar family or you can download the whole results as a CSV file.
